Parent and Me: Feelings First is a 7-week experiential workshop series designed to help parents and children recognize, express, and manage big emotions — together. Through creative activities, guided reflection, and practical coping strategies, this programme enhances children's emotional wellbeing, strengthens parent-child connection, and supports long-term family resilience. Many families find it challenging to navigate anxiety, stress, and strong emotions, especially when they manifest as overwhelm or difficult behaviors. Without opportunities for shared emotional learning, communication and regulation can suffer. By blending play, art, and structured reflection, this trauma-informed parenting program offers a developmentally appropriate and engaging pathway to stronger emotional wellbeing for the whole family, making it an excellent choice among family therapy workshops.

The Teulu Bridge Project is a therapeutic, play-based transition programme designed to support children's emotional wellbeing as they navigate the emotional, social, and psychological challenges of moving from primary to secondary school. Bedtime should feel safe and comforting — yet for many children, it can be the hardest part of the day. Worries grow louder in the dark, and nightmares can feel all too real. An anxious mind often struggles to switch off. This gentle 10-week therapeutic programme is designed to support children's emotional wellbeing, particularly for those who experience sleep difficulties, anxiety, or nightmares. Inspired by Dr. Karen Treisman’s Neon the Ninja, the programme incorporates elements of family therapy workshops, using story, creativity, play, and sensory activities to help children understand their feelings and develop practical coping skills in a way that feels safe and empowering. Sleep difficulties are especially common for children who have experienced anxiety, trauma, or instability. When sleep suffers, so does emotional regulation, learning, behaviour, and overall wellbeing. Families often feel alone in managing night-time fears — this programme offers structured, compassionate support. Across ten weeks, children are supported to: Gently explore and express their feelings about sleep and worries, learn calming strategies to settle their bodies and minds, build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of safety, reduce the frequency and intensity of nightmares, and create positive, reassuring bedtime routines. By weaving therapeutic tools into playful and creative experiences, children develop lifelong skills while feeling understood, heard, and supported. Because every child deserves to feel safe enough to rest. This programme can be offered as 1:1 direct work.
