At Teulu Wellbeing, we are committed to nurturing the mental health and wellbeing of children and their families in Pembrokeshire.
Our mission is to address the emotional wellbeing needs of local families, ensuring that every child has access to the support they need to thrive - regardless of financial circumstance.

We are a diverse and experienced collective of Play Therapists in Pembrokeshire, dedicated to providing mental health support for children and offering a variety of therapeutic interventions to support and empower our community. Currently, our services include 1:1 Play Therapy sessions, therapeutic group work, Drawing & Talking sessions, as well as parent and child workshops and support groups, all aimed at delivering comprehensive therapeutic support for families.

Jackie is a PTUK Certified Play Therapist,
with over 25 years working with children and families. Jackie has gained extensive experience in child protection and supporting care experienced children and is a Trauma informed mental health practitioner.

Beth is a BAPT Certified Play Therapist.
with over 25 years working with children. Beth has gained deep expertise working within the NHS and has an interest in supporting parents and children with attachment difficulties.

Harriet is a PTUK Certified Play Therapist, and has worked with children for over 15 years, including substantial hands-on experience in SEN. Harriet has an MA in developmental and therapeutic play, and holds qualifications in holistic health coaching and mindfulness tuition.

To refer your child please complete a contact form. The team aim to respond to you within 7 days to discuss how we can best support you and your child.
Our interventions and workshops vary in price depending on the type and length of support provided. We are committed to making therapy accessible, so we offer a sliding scale payment option, based on individual circumstances. We also provide private sessions, which helps us subsidise and fully fund therapy for families who may not otherwise be able to access support.

While we are awaiting funding, we are currently only accepting referrals from privately funded clients (parents and carers) and professionals (including schools, local authorities, and other services).
